Inspired by growing up in a house shared with my grandparents and then caring for them in their later years, I founded the Good Life Club in 2025.
In addition to personal experience, the Good Life Club is a culmination of over 10 years working with hundreds of older adults. With professional experience working in an orthopedic clinic, emergency room and client homes coupled with a Master’s degree in Population Health specializing in Aging from University College London and accreditations from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Senior Fitness, Corrective Exercise, Nutrition and Wellbeing coaching, I offer a unique perspective, understanding and compassion for aging.
I want to prove that getting older can be done with confidence, not fear. That work put in when you’re 50 or even 70, will transform what life will be like at 80 or 90. That the second half of life can and will be as joyful as the first.
